Thanks for your interest in Weldon Jack. Before we chat, we'd like to share a little more about how we operate and learn what you're looking for in a shop.
We're a team-oriented, commission-based barbershop. We believe in doing great work, taking care of our clients, and building careers.
We value individuality, but we also have shared expectations around professionalism, reliability, cleanliness, and teamwork. We believe feedback is part of getting better, no matter how long you've been behind the chair.
We invest in our barbers and want to see them succeed. In return, we expect everyone to take ownership of their work, contribute to the shop, and respect the people around them.
We know every shop isn't the right fit for every barber, and that's okay. We'd rather find the right fit for both of us.
